“ HI, I am Zulhilmi Zaidi or Zul for shorter version. I am passionate about my work -which drives me to do the my best and this can be seen in photography and illustration. I had the chance to do a couple of modelling photoshoots, street, food and architecture photography. I had recently completed a book cover, portrait illustrations and posters. I love listening to music especially indie genre where it helps me with my creativity at the same time relax my mind. I like to eat but vegetables are not part of the dietary plate.”

I became a fan of sourdough ever since my mom started baking them for our family and her customers. Love its natural flavor, it is different from the normal white bread and most importantly it is healthier. I want to show the beauty of sourdough, how a basic ingredient could become something beautiful.
Grape Escape Drinks
One of my favourite drinks has always been grape juice. Its acidic flavours, sweetness and aroma makes me somehow feeling energised. Not forgetting the health benefits that I could get from drinking grape juice.I had wanted to combined my favourite game and drink together. The idea came about during one of the nights when I was drinking the grape juice and playing GTA. Both gave me the rush and “grape escape” was born.
Hawker Culture Coin
When our Singapore’s hawker culture was added to the UNESCO list of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, I knew that wanted it to be part of every Singaporean. Like how the hawker centres are an integral part of Singaporean’s life. So for this project, I had decided to design it to be embedded on a coin so that every Singaporean owns it and it can be part of a collectible items.
